ShootDragonGate Privacy Policy

Overview
ShootDragonGate does not ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location, and you don’t need to create an account. Single-device modes run entirely on your device; only the online rooms feature exchanges game data with a server.
Online Rooms
When you create or join an online room, the app:
- Signs you in with an anonymous account (Firebase Authentication). It is a random identifier that is not linked to your identity.
- Stores the room’s data on Firebase Realtime Database (Singapore region): the room code, rules, seats, the nickname shown at the table (randomly generated by the app), your moves during the game, and whether you are currently connected.
- Lets each room expire 24 hours after it is created; expired or closed rooms are deleted.
Only players in the same room can see the room’s game data. You can’t type free text or send chat messages.
Device Integrity Check
To protect online rooms from abuse, the app uses Firebase App Check with Apple’s App Attest and DeviceCheck. These confirm requests come from a genuine copy of the app on a genuine Apple device; they do not identify you personally.
Analytics and Crash Reports
The app uses Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand feature usage and fix crashes. Data collected includes app usage events (e.g. modes played), device model, OS version, app version, approximate region derived from the IP address, and crash logs. Where consent is required by law (e.g. EEA/UK), analytics storage stays off unless you agree.
Advertising
The app shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and ad interaction data to show and measure ads. The app does not request App Tracking Transparency permission, so iOS does not share your advertising identifier (IDFA). In regions where consent is required, you are asked first through Google’s consent message, and you can change your choice anytime in Settings → Privacy Settings.
In-App Purchases
Optional tips are processed by Apple through StoreKit. We never see or store your payment information; the app only remembers on your device that a tip was made.

Data Retention and Deletion
- Online room data is deleted after the room expires (24 hours) or is closed.
- Anonymous accounts that are no longer used are deleted automatically after 30 days.
- Settings, game history and statistics stay on your device and are removed when you delete the app.

Children’s Privacy
ShootDragonGate does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13.
